A negotiation meeting with Spillman Technologies purchase and integration of Public Safety Software, for the above referenced RFP, is scheduled for October 12, 2017 at 9 10:30AM in the Boynton Beach Police Dept. - Detective Bureau Conference Room, 100 E. The City of Boynton Beach is seeking the services of a qualified DESIGN BUILD TEAM to design, furnish and construct the Central Seacrest Corridor Utilities Improvements - Contract 2. The project includes but is
not limited to potable water main replacements, reclaimed water main extensions, a forcemain and stormwater system upgrades, including landscape removal and relocation, exfiltration trench installations,
pavement overlay and miscellaneous upgrades to driveway aprons and sidewalks. The terms Phase 2 and Contract 2 are used interchangeably in the document, which mean the same. The project area is bordered

The City of Boynton Beach is seeking the services of qualified consultants. Selection of consultants shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes § 287.055, known as the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act”. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a
minimum of two (2) no more than a maximum of three (3) consultants in each scope category listed below to be used as-needed to provide prompt and efficient professional services within a scope that may include (without limitation) design, cost estimating, and construction
management services.

Each selected Firm shall enter into a continuing contract with the City. To ensure equitable distribution of services, firms considering multiple submittals are allowed to submit for up to three (3) scope categories. There will be no exceptions. In addition, a minimum of two (2) no
