Having an Event?
General Special Event Permit Application Process:
Upon completion of the Special Event Permit Application, please forward all requested documents to Risk Management at 100 East Boynton Beach Blvd,Boynton Beach,FL33435. Once the application is received, Risk Management will work with other City Departments to approve the application and coordinate any requested products and/or services of the City.
The following items must be submitted with the application:
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- A Site Map
- Permit Fee
- Application Fee
Special Event Application Deadlines:
Please be aware that events expecting less than 1,000 guests have an application deadline of one month prior to the event. Events expecting more than 1,000 guests have an application deadline of three months prior to the event.
