The City invites all fur-residents and their humans to join us for a paw-some time at Jaycee Dog Bark Grand Opening this Saturday, November 4 at Jaycee Park (2600 Federal Hwy.) from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. This new dog park includes a run for both small dogs and large dogs and is equipped with multiple water and washing stations.
“I am very excited for the official opening of Jaycee Dog Park, here the animal-human bond can be celebrated, enjoyed, and strengthened.” said Vice Mayor Thomas Turkin. “ I wish for many wagging tails and joyful barks to create unforgettable memories for our community.”
Humans will have the opportunity to shop for their furry friends at a number of local vendors. In addition, attendees will receive a free hot dog, collapsible dog bowl and water bottle. First-come, first-served, while supplies last.
“Here in Boynton Beach we love our fur-residents, “ said Mayor Ty Penserga. “ I am thrilled to open a second dog park in the City where residents have a safe space to let their furry companions run and enjoy the outdoors.”
Parking is available at 2617 S. Federal Hwy. and 2607 S. Federal Hwy. Jaycee Dog Park is open Sunrise to Sunset daily. To learn more visit Boynton-Beach.org.
