Overview
Hears appeals of decisions and interpretations of the Building Official and considers variances of the technical codes. Members shall have knowledge and experience in the technical codes to include an architect, engineer, general contractor, electrical contractor, HVAC contractor, plumbing contractor and any other contractor licensed category. One alternative member may be member-at-large from the public.
