Haitian Folkloric Dance Movement - Yanalou Body

Yanvalou Body is a therapeutic dance movement protocol that combines the classic Haitian Folkloric Dance Yanvalou, meditative breath and barre work to cultivate and embody rhythm, grace and body awareness. This movement protocol is a great tool for stress relief and promotes optimal health of the mind, body and spirit.

Spaces are equipped for visual and performance artists. Bring your own materials. Visual arts studios are equipped with easels, tables, chairs and sinks. Just in time for Spring & Summer! Discover the art of creating BIG, BOLD, BEAUTIFUL botanicals on canvas that can be transformed into floor cloths.
