The City is committed to providing programs and services that are accessible to all. The City will provide auxiliary aids or services or program modifications upon request. Persons with disabilities requesting sign language interpreting services, documents in Braille or large print, assistive listening devices or other aids or services. Services we offer include:
- Large-print brochures
- Assistive-listening devices in City commission chambers
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters (upon request - three-day notice required)
- Video Relay Interpreting (VRI)
- Inclusive programs and events

Florida Relay is a service provided to residents in the State of Florida who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind, or Speech Disabled that connects them to standard (voice) telephone users. Calls can be made 24/7, 365 days a year allowing Florida residents who are in need of Relay services to connect and communicate with anyone at any time.

The City will not place a surcharge on a particular individual with a disability or any group of individuals with disabilities to cover the cost of providing auxiliary aids/services or reasonable modifications of policy.
