The City of Boynton Beach is committed to providing programs and services that are accessible to all. The City will provide auxiliary aids or services or program modifications upon request. Persons with disabilities requesting sign language interpreting services, documents in Braille or large print, assistive listening devices, or other aids or services.
The City will not place a surcharge on a particular individual with a disability or any group of individuals with disabilities to cover the cost of providing auxiliary aids/services or reasonable modifications of policy.
Complaints that a City program, service, or activity is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to the City Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator.
