Little League Park Improvements

The Boynton Beach City Commission approved a master plan design and phasing plan for the Little League Park Improvement Project in August 2023. The multi-phase maintenance and improvement project will provide a state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor athletic complex tailored to meet the needs of our youth. The project began in January 2024 and is expected to be complete in 2026.

PHASE 1A

Phase 1A of the Little League Park Improvement Project will focus on renovations of field 1 and consist of:
  • Replacement of field fencing
  • Enlarged/enhanced dugouts
  • Addition of synthetic turf and drainage 
  • New scoreboard, high field netting and awnings
  • Repair/replacement of all infield/outfield surface areas to include the mound, warning track and foul territory and more. 

Estimated completion - early fall 2024

PHASE 1B

Phase 1B of the Little League Park Improvement Project will focus on renovations of fields 4 & 5 and consist of:
  • Memorial wall refurbishments
  • Enhanced entrance sign and parking
  • Construction of new indoor training facility
  • Relocation of field 4 and addition of new field 5
  • New scoreboards, fencing, lighting, synthetic turf, lighting, shade structures and more. 
Estimated completion - early winter 2024

PHASE 2 & PHASE 3

Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Little League Park Improvement Project will focus on renovations of fields 2 & 3 and consist of:
  • Enhanced parking lot
  • Construction of concession and restroom facility 
  • New batting cages, shade structures, fencing, dugouts, lighting, synthetic turf and more.
