The City of Boynton Beach is proud to introduce its new Vendor On-Boarding Process through Laserfiche, a key step in preparing for our transition to Workday. This enhanced, centralized process ensures that all vendor records are accurate, complete, and compliant with Florida Statutes and City policy. As part of a citywide vendor data clean-up initiative, Procurement Services is updating all vendor information—including W-9s, COIs, Sunbiz registrations, E-Verify documentation, contract details, and commodity descriptions—to create a fully validated vendor database for seamless integration into Workday. By collecting required documents upfront and coordinating directly with vendors, the City is improving efficiency, strengthening regulatory compliance, and streamlining the entire requisition-to-purchase-order workflow.
