This initiative focuses on delivering training in the skills most valued by today’s employers, creating a direct pathway to job readiness and career advancement.

Participants will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in:

  • Microsoft Excel and essential workplace technologies

  • Soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration

  • Supply chain and logistics fundamentals

  • Other high-demand competencies identified through employer input and economic development research
