Pay In Person

Payments are accepted locally. There are several ways to make a payment in person:

  • Inside City Hall at the Customer Service window (100 E. Ocean Ave) – Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • A depository lockbox is located outside City Hall (100 E Ocean Avenue) for after hour payments. Please do not utilize cash.

Past Due Accounts

Any account that becomes past due will be assessed a $10 late fee and considered delinquent. Payments made after midnight of the due date are considered past due. Any past due amount is due immediately. If there is a past due amount, the account may be disconnected/interrupted. If this happens, the entire amount due is required to reinstate service and a Field Visit Fee will be assessed. An additional deposit may be required.

In the event you fail to receive a bill, please call our office immediately. The city is not responsible for undelivered or late mail.

If your water is disconnected and you need reconnection of service after 4:30pm Weekdays or on Weekends and Holiday’s there will be an After Hours Fee assessed.
